"I found Kate very welcoming and passionate about Nature Well. She was able to explain the concepts and put them into practice with the exercises we did. She ensured that everyone was able to participate and to be heard and respected by others. She made you want to contribute although there was never any pressure to say more than you wanted to. The course was well managed and felt safe.
I didn’t really know what to expect and what I would gain, but went with an open mind. In the event I enjoyed it very much, it gave me a sense of well-being, peace and resilience (although I have to remind myself at times) which has lasted beyond the course. It was both fun and touched on your emotions. I would recommend as a great introduction to how connecting with nature can improve your mental well-being."

"Kate gave very clear instructions prior to the course as to location, time etc. For our arrival, Kate had lit a fire which gave us a focus and enabled us to relax whilst watching the fire. Kate was very welcoming and made me feel at ease and happy to contribute my comments which were met with interest and full attention from Kate.
I really enjoyed the exercises we did and found Kate very knowledgeable when she spoke about ecopsychology. The theory she gave us was underpinned by our carefully thought out practical experiences.
I learnt the value of wandering in nature and taking notice of the natural world. I felt serene and relaxed throughout the course and I was able to immerse myself in nature through Kate's coaching. I have been able to take my learning and grounding in nature techniques into day to day life which has helped my mental wellbeing. I had my first nature connection session with Kate and it was wonderful. For me it was the perfect combination of structure and feeling really held but with space for me to take it where I needed to go on that day in that time (or not!). She met me just where I was at. There was the magic of fire, badger prints and a friendly oak tree to look after me. I felt so much more peaceful after the session. Thank you Kate! I would recommend this to everyone.
